O’Mama’s 3 Meats Fajitas


Preparation 20 minutes

Meal for 2 people

Ingredients :

  • O’MaMa’s Caesar original or your choice of 1, 2 or 3 Jalapeno
  • 125 gr of sirloin beef
  • 125 gr of chicken breast
  • 125 gr of pork fillet
  • 4 to 6 small tortillas
  • 2 cups of iceberg salad finely cut into strips
  • ½ cup of white or red onions
  • 1 cup of diced white mushrooms
  • 1 green or yellow pepper cut in strips

O’Mama’s 3 Meats Fajitas

Cooking :

Cut the meats in strips. In a nonstick skillet, heat the stove and add ½ a teaspoon of butter and ½ teaspoon of vegetable oil and let it heat for about 1 minute. Then add the different meats (one kind at a time) and let it cook for about 4 minutes, constantly stirring it. Once cooked, set it aside. Add a dash of butter and sauté the mushrooms, onions and peppers one at a time and set aside in a separate bowls. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for few seconds. Place all the plates at the centre of the table.

Fajitas :

Spread your favourite O’MaMa’s dressing all over the tortilla, add your favourite ingredients, roll and enjoy!
