Salade romaine sur le BBQ

Barbecued Romaine Salad

Ingredients :

  • O’MaMa Original Caesar dressing
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bacon
    (3 slices)
  • Parmesan
  • Ground Pepper

Barbecued Romaine Salad

Cooking :

Turn on the BBQ at a high heat. Cut the salad in 2 (keep the leaves on the heart) and spread vegetable oil on the inside. Cook the bacon well done. Put the oily side of the salad on the BBQ for about 2 minutes (until the salad is marked). Place the salad in plates and add the O’MaMa Original Caesar dressing. Add the bacon, the Parmesan and the ground pepper.
