O’MaMa Beef Tartar


Preparation 20 minutes

Meal for 4 people

Ingredients :

  • 6 tablespoons of the O’MaMa Caesar dressing or the 1 Jalapeno
  • 1.1/2 lbs of beef sirloins
  • 1 minced french shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of minced caper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 sliced garlic clove
  • Salt flower and ground pepper
  • Chives for decoration

O’MaMa Beef Tartar

Cooking :

Place ice cubes in a big bowl. Cut the beef in thin slices then in tiny cubes. Put the beef cubes on top of the ice cubes in the bowl and mix from time to time for the meat to remain cold. Then, add all the ingredients to the meat in the bowl and mix diligently to make sure the beef is saturated with all the ingredients. Dress the plates by placing a medium ramekin and garnish with chives (optional)

Parmesan cheese and garlic bread croutons
