O’MaMa Grilled Chicken Caesar salad

Ingredients :

  • O’MaMa Caesar Original dressing
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 french shallot
  • 1 mandarin
  • 2 mcx of sliced hearts of palm
  • Mcx of Parmesan
    (optional)
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper

O’MaMa Grilled Chicken Caesar salad

Cooking :

Cover the chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. At a low heat, cook the chicken in a pan or on the barbecue for about 6 minutes on every side. Once the chicken is cooked, set aside. In two plates, break the romaine salad in pieces. Spread the O’MaMa Caesar original dressing all over your salad. Take off the shallot’s peel and finely slice it. Add to the salad. Cook the bacon slices, cut them in tiny pieces then add to the salad. Add the hearts of palm and put the pieces on the salad. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of it all. Finally, top it off with the sliced chicken.
