O’MaMa Shrimp Avocado Salad

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons of O’MaMa’s original Caesar or 1-2-3 Jalapeno dressing
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 2 red radishes
  • ¼ a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 4 medium shrimps
  • Salt and pepper

O’MaMa Shrimp Avocado Salad

Cooking :

Cut the avocado in half and peel it (keep the two shells). In a bowl, mash the avocado using a fork, with some lemon juice. Cut the radish in small cubes and add them to the mixture. Cut the shrimp and mix with the avocado, then add the original Caesar dressing or the 1-2-3 jalapeno dressing and stir lightly. Put the mixture in the avocado shells and put in in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.
