O’MaMa Vegetable Salad


Preparation 15 minutes

Meal for 2 people

Ingredients :

  • O’MaMa “The” Greq dressing
  • 1 slightly ripe medium avocado
  • 8 Mini mixed tomatoes
  • 3 Hearts of palm or canned artichoke
  • ¼ white onion
  • 3 Mini cucumber
  • Feta cheese
  • Iceberg Lettuce
    (2 to 4 big leaves)

O’MaMa Vegetable Salad

Cooking :

Cut the avocado in big cubes, mince the white onion, slice the mini tomatoes, slice the hearts of palm and the mini cucumbers, detach 2 to 4 iceberg lettuce leaves and place at the bottom of two plates. Slowly add the vegetables and sprinkle with some feta cheese. Top it off with the O’MaMa “The” Greq then add salt and pepper

We recommend adding some chickpeas
